All Seaplasma products are shipped via USPS.  Expedited orders are shipped via Fedex or UPS. Most orders are shipped within two (2) business days after the order is received and are anticipated to arrive within two (2) to five (5) days after shipping, depending on the recipient’s location.  Tracking information will be provided via email after an order is placed.  At this time, Phoenix Sciences LLC only offers shipping within the continental United States.  After an order has shipped, Phoenix Sciences LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as having been delivered to the shipping address provided in the order. Please contact the carrier for any detailed information regarding the delivery. Be sure to have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Phoenix Sciences LLC is unable to accept returns of items purchased at this time. If an item is damaged or defective on arrival, please email us at seaplasmahair@gmail.com and submit photographs showing the damage/defect along with a description of the damage.
